CONDITION OF RETURNS
Please carefully read through our returns policy as you are agreeing to this when you make a purchase from Maison's De Soie.
Pre-Orders
Please note that pre-order purchases cannot be cancelled due to our limited stock availability. By placing a pre-order with us, you are reserving your piece or pieces of our exclusive stock, ensuring you secure your desired item before it becomes available to the general public. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After 6 hours, you order may have already been processed and would then unfortunately not be able to be cancelled. Please contact our customer service team to cancel your order.
Full return condition below
We are unable to provide refunds or cancellations for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please use the sizing chart provided below the sizing options to choose the correct sizing. If the item received differs in sizing from the size chart by more than 3 centimetres, we can issue a return.
Item/s must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Item/s must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, unwashed and no perfume residue.
Item(s) on SALE are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. If there is a manufacturing defect, images are required to initiate the return. If an item is eligible for a return, the customer can either accept a replacement or must cover the return fees. To start a return, you can contact us at support@maisonsdesoie.com
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not offer free returns and the customer must cover the shipping fee to return the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
